No, this retreat is for any woman who loves positive vibes and is interested in loving herself more from the outside in.

Wait, The Hedonism Resort is a swingers resort?

Girl, we know, Hedonism’s site is a bit outdated and right now looks like it’s mainly a swingers resort :: clutches pearls:: It’s true, couples do come to Hedonism to be a part of the lifestyle-friendly, clothing-optional, beach resort community, but Hedonism is actively working towards expanding what they're known for -- that’s where we come in!

The ladies organizing The BARE Retreat put an extreme amount of care and attention into every part of the retreat planning process. We love the vibe at Hedo, which is “live and let live.” We think the world could use a little more of that approach. We also think this is the perfect non-judgemental space for women to learn to accept and love themselves more. We are organizing our own private retreat at Hedonism with ladies ONLY in our group. All of our activities will be on the clothed side of the resort, it is totally your choice if you want to book a room on the nude side, or visit that side for a dip in the pool or a drink. Feel free to do whatever you are comfortable with.

Hedonism is an exotic, beachfront Caribbean resort located on the far western tip of Jamaica nestled in a secluded bay at the edge of Negril’s World Famous 7 Mile Beach with silky white sand.

What does clothing optional mean?

If you choose to go topless or naked in the pool or at the beach on the clothing-optional side, you may certainly do so. That said, once you are on the nude side – whether beach or pool – you are required to be nude. Our guests are mature, sophisticated and non-judgmental; a “live and let live” philosophy is key to the enjoyment of a liberating vacation. There is never pressure for you, or any guest, to do anything you might find uncomfortable. Cover-ups, however, are required where food is served, in the lobby and certain other public areas.

What does the “3rd girl free” mean exactly?

If you pay for a double occupancy room, you may add a third girl to the room at no additional cost- this would be the triple occupancy option. In the case of three ladies in a room, the room set-up will be two twin beds and one cot pictured here.

Is my flight included?

No, but everything else is.

What does all inclusive mean?

That means you don’t have to worry about anything other than getting yourself to Hedonism. All meals, snacks, beach grills, buffets and gourmet sit down meals – are included. Hedonism is an all-inclusive resort that includes Red Stripe beer on tap and unlimited premium brand cocktails at no additional cost, 24-hours a day. House wines and champagne are also available. Premium wines may be purchased by the bottle.

Is airport transfer included?

Yes. A shuttle will provide transportation to and from the Montego Bay airport for all BARE attendees.

What do the rooms look like?

You can choose a Garden View Regular Room on the Prude side or a Garden View Au Naturale Room on the Nude (clothing optional) side of the resort. The rooms are set among tropical lush gardens. They offer spacious furnishings, a flat screen TV and refrigerator, in addition to the classic ceiling mirror and Euro-style Jacuzzi shower. The room can be set up as one king bed or two twin beds.

What if I am traveling alone?

We support solo travelers on their journey to self-love and super lit vacation vibes. You can choose to room alone in a Single Occupancy room, or if you would like you can join our Facebook event page and see if there are other ladies traveling alone that you may want to room with you.

What is the weather like in Jamaica?
