BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS – IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

The purchase of any travel services offered by AVE51 and Curvy, Curly, Conscious (CCC) constitutes a contractual arrangement between you (the Traveler) and AVE51 and CCC and represents your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking. You are advised to check the AVE51 or CCC websites or request the latest version of the Terms & Conditions prior to booking your vacation.

DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT

A non-refundable deposit of $250 per room per vacation is required to reserve space for you, with some limited exceptions as noted below. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal transactions are accepted. In the event the traveler is unable to attend the event, the deposit plus other payment fees are non refundable, however are transferable. The deposit can be increased at any time. Your booking is not confirmed and payment is not deemed made until the deposit is received and you receive a confirmation invoice. Your reservation will be automatically canceled if full payment is not received 6 days prior to travel or event date. Payment of the deposit indicates you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

PAYMENT PLAN TERMS

Our AVE 51 and CCC Payment Plan allows the customer the flexibility to pay for their order via the installment payment plan. The purchaser (“Purchaser”) that utilizes the payment plan agrees that their credit card will be charged in installments (“Installments”) once or twice a month for a maximum of 3 months (including initial payment) until their order is paid in full. The number of payments will be proportionate with the payment plan selected. For AVE 51 and CCC that term runs from April 1, 2018 - June 1, 2018. The Purchaser will receive an email confirmation each time their credit card is charged. At the time the final payment is made, the purchaser will be notified. The Purchaser further understands that they can, at any time, pay for the order in full.

LIABILITY

We always do our best to make sure your travel holiday arrangements are satisfactory. However we cannot accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or any other event which is beyond our control or which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.

INITIAL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS

You will be required to pay a deposit or deposits or full payment when booking. All deposits are non-refundable for changes of mind or cancellations. Final payment is required no later than 6 days prior to departure unless otherwise stated.

PASSPORTS

Passports are required for entry into Jamaica. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid travel documentation, including but not limited to passports and visas, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination.

Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility.

NON TRANSFERABLE

It should be noted that documents issued are non-transferable. Such documents may include but are not limited to hotel vouchers, tour vouchers or any other document used to confirm an arrangement with a service provider.

Such documents may also be subject to conditions such as, but not limited to, being non refundable, non-date-changeable, and subject to cancellation or amendment fees.

CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS

If for any reason, any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your remedy lies against the provider, and not against AVE51 or CCC and in the event that payment has been made to AVE51 or CCC by credit card, you agree that you will not seek to charge back your payment to AVE51 or CCC.

If the credit card is declined, you guarantee that you will settle any amounts owed to AVE51 or CCC via money order, western union or cash immediately.

PRICE VARIATIONS

We reserve the right to vary published fares in the event of fluctuations in the exchange rate or price increases made by service providers. All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.

CANCELLATION

Please be aware that most bookings are non-refundable and non-reroutable. Under certain circumstances, bookings may be cancelled up until May 18, 2018. All deposits and payment plan transaction fees are nonrefundable. Cancelled bookings will incur charges. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Where we incur any liability for a cancellation fee or charge for any booking which you cancel, you agree to indemnify us for the amount of that fee or charge.

HEALTH AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

It is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of any health requirements for your travel destinations and to ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation.
